This award will be given to the employee who best represents Debbie Pickett’s dedication to the community, other employees, teamwork, and passion for Big Canoe.

Examples would include, but are not limited to the following:
• Behaviors that exemplify outstanding customer service, team participation throughout the year;
• Displays consistent behaviors with Big Canoe POA’s vision and core values;
• Consistently performs and has done that little extra, goes beyond the call of duty and pays attention to detail.
