The Big Canoe Wellness Center offers a 13,000 square foot facility featuring premier exercise equipment, a 75-foot heated lap pool, whirlpool, sauna, racquetball/squash court, physical therapy services, massage therapy, personal trainers, an apparel shop, access to indoor tennis courts, a huge variety of popular group exercise classes and free WiFi.
Indoor Pool
The Big Canoe Wellness Center has a 100,000 gallon pool. The pool used for everything from kid's swim team practice to rehab and water aerobics. The pool is open year round and classes are open to all.

Relax and unwind post-workout with a therapeutic massage performed by our talented massage therapists right here in Big Canoe. Choose from reflexology, deep tissue, Swedish, neuromuscular, craniosacral, sport and much more.

Wellness Member Fees
Wellness membership includes use of all facilities in the Wellness Center including the indoor pool and racquetball courts and rental racquets | two guest passes per year | 20% discount on Wellness shop soft good items | accompanied rate equal to the Property Owner rate.
