OKTOBERFEST

Rain or Shine • Arts & Crafts Show • 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
October 10, 2009

You are invited to join us for our wonderful Oktoberfest Arts & Crafts show Saturday, October 10th, 2009 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Village Play Field.

The Oom-pah band starts at 12:00 noon and entertains until 5:00 p.m.

If you would like to display your Arts, Crafts, Antiques, Herbs, Plants, etc., please complete this form and send it with your $55 (payable to "Big Canoe POA") non-refundable check to:

Spaces are 15' x 15'. We will be accepting 60 vendors, so please hurry and sign up.

The spaces will be assigned. You are encouraged to set up early. Arrive Friday, October 9th, 9:00 a.m. till 6:00 p.m. or Saturday, October 10th, 7:00 a.m. till 9:00 a.m., events start at 10:00 a.m.

Tables and tents are not provided, please plan to bring your own.
