Big Canoe Property Owners Association is pleased to announce our new Membership Recognition Program. With this new recognition program, we are confident that our Property Owners and incoming Property Owners will have more opportunities to get to know one another. There is no charge to the Property Owner or the POA for the photography sitting or for the portrait that will appear in the Club Album.

We have contracted with Elson-Alexandre, a national portrait studio, who will provide an on-site photographer at the Club beginning July 2009. Elson-Alexandre has been servicing the Club industry since 1945, by providing images for club and membership use. We chose Elson-Alexandre because of their ongoing relationship with the other top local clubs such as City Club of Buckhead; Tippecanoe Lake Country Club, Cherokee Town & Country Club; East Hampton Country Club, NY; and Lakeside Country Club, CA; just to name a few. To make this project successful, it is important that we have each Property Owner, spouse or domestic partner (if applicable) participate. Photography is also available for families, if desired. The sitting will take approximately 30 minutes and to save time you will be able to select your image immediately. There is no charge to the Property Owner for the photography sitting or for the portrait that will appear in the Album. Please be advised that your confidential information will not be given to any other company or used for any other purpose. This is a professional sitting and we recommend that gentlemen wear a coat and tie and the ladies wear business or dressy attire.

The photographer will be available five days a week by appointment only during the following hours: Wednesday through Sunday from 11:00 AM until 8:00 PM. Dates and times may vary! Otherwise an appointment secretary will be contacting you directly between the hours of 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM EST to assist you in the scheduling of your photography appointment.
